Incredible beautiful room with working ac. Friendly service provided.

Our stay here was super comfy, highly recommend it! The room was spacious and the bathtub was wonderful, really enjoyed it! Also, it was a bonus that the subway station was just a short 5-minute walk away. 🚇

The hotel was amazing, we would recommend it to anyone. Our room was nice and offered climate control, an individual safe and flat-screen TV. The bed was big; and there was a bath.

Some people working there were not very friendly.

The hotel location was favourable and great in the area of the New Taipei City.

Clean venue with particularly good and perfect location on subway to everywhere. New-fashioned room, amazing, with coffee and modern decor, as example. Location short walk to the MRT and Bus Station and a nightclub and local shops and restaurants.

Nice and amazing accommodation with favourable setting near downtown or main station as well as the train station where restaurant is available. Nice staff, excellent and fantastic rooms with a ridiculously large bed and great bath tub and modern decor. A lot of goodies for breakfast. Really great experience there.

The hotel was located not far from restaurant is available, clean, and the main sights. Both rooms we booked were big and absolutely fantastic with great bath tub, no complaints. It was in a particularly good and absolutely perfect location on subway to everywhere.

During our stay at Hilton, we were impressed by the brand new facilities and the stunning view from our high-floor room overlooking the Taipei mountains. The spacious room and bathroom, complete with a tub and separate shower area, provided us with utmost comfort. We were also delighted to discover a heated electronic bidet in the toilet. The buffet breakfast offered a wide selection of delicious Taiwanese food, although the coffee line could be a bit long at times. Despite a few minor inconveniences, the overall experience was highly enjoyable.

Convenient location near local shops, restaurants, train station, taxis, and tours. Excellent services including complimentary wake-up calls and ironing.

We had an outstanding experience in this hotel. The location was perfect, especially in the middle of the night. It was just a short walk from the bustling nightclub area of the city. The MRT station was also conveniently nearby, making it easy to explore New Taipei City. Our room was excellent, with modern design and great facilities like a coffee machine. The service provided by the staff was amazing, they were always helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning, and the view from the hotel was stunning.

There was one negative aspect of our stay. The elevator wait times during check-out rush hours were quite long, causing some inconvenience.

The room I had was spacious and brand new, featuring a wonderfully large bed and a functioning AC. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring New Taipei City, being close to local shops, restaurants, Banqiao railway station, and public transportation.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room I was given was on a high floor, offering a sweeping view of the beautiful Taipei mountains. The room itself was spacious, as was the toilet and bath, complete with a tub and separate shower area. The heated electronic bidet in the toilet was a godsend, although it could be a bit confusing to operate for those unfamiliar with it. The hotel staff were efficient and helpful, especially the concierge team who booked taxis and tours for me. They even wrote down the destinations in Chinese characters to ensure there was no confusion. The buffet breakfast was plentiful, with a wide variety of choices, including delicious Taiwanese food. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the gym and swimming pool were great facilities to have.

This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. I loved the location, as it is not far from the MRT station where there are plenty of restaurants available. Additionally, the rooms are clean and modern, with a king bed and a great bathtub. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were sufficient. The breakfast spread was tasty and satisfying.

All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.
